Eeeeek. After 4 years of silence when it comes to me preaching to a mixed congregation, I actually came to a place where I did just that this Sunday!… That’s another story and a long one full of study, conversations and prayer. I was asked to preach on the importance of Living Under the Word of God by my pastor (and boss!) I was hesitant, I was prayerful, and I did it! Last Sunday opened up a whole new chapter for me I think. One I’ve read before in a kind of ‘skim over the detail’ sort of way. Hopefully this old chapter will be read in a new way this time…
