This is an original poem I was asked to write for the Sophia Network: http://blog.sophianetwork.org.uk/. I was asked to think about what it means to me to be a woman of God. My thoughts are recorded here… I vary between the ‘she’, 'her’, 'me’ and 'we’ because I believe that, as women, we all need to be reminded of who we are in Christ, always. The enemy would love to reduce our value and worth and therefore our gifts and use, but Jesus declares that we are His and because we are His, we are to be clothed in Him. As sisters we can remind ourselves and each other of these things daily.
